Agreement to Terms
- By accessing or using Webinko's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
- If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services
- These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice
Services Description
- Webinko provides cybersecurity consulting, threat detection, and protection services
- Services are provided on an as-is basis and may be modified without notice
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Specific service details are outlined in individual service agreements
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when using our services
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our security systems
Limitation of Liability
- Webinko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
- We do not guarantee that our services will prevent all cyber attacks
- Users acknowledge that no security solution can provide 100% protection
Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms
- You may terminate your account by providing written notice
- Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease
- Data retention after termination is subject to our privacy policy
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Skopje, North Macedonia
- The failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right
- If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect
