Agreement to Terms

  • By accessing or using Webinko's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
  • If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services
  • These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice

Services Description

  • Webinko provides cybersecurity consulting, threat detection, and protection services
  • Services are provided on an as-is basis and may be modified without notice
  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Specific service details are outlined in individual service agreements

User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when using our services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our security systems

Limitation of Liability

  • Webinko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
  • We do not guarantee that our services will prevent all cyber attacks
  • Users acknowledge that no security solution can provide 100% protection

Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms
  • You may terminate your account by providing written notice
  • Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease
  • Data retention after termination is subject to our privacy policy

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Skopje, North Macedonia
  • The failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect
